ABOUT THE GENERAL MANAGER
Byron T. Rodriguez (www.ByronTRodz.com) is a Licensed California Realtor® and the General Manager/Co-Franchise Owner of EXIT Beach Cities Realty. Born in Los Angeles, California, his career began in 1989 as a Logistics Analyst for a major U.S. Fortune 500 company. He later worked as a Branch Manager for a Global Logistics Firm, headquartered in Tokyo Japan, where he managed the Southern California Regional Branch Office.
Byron was in the Global Supply Chain & Logistics industry for nearly 20 years where he managed offices throughout Southern California acquiring not only acute business skills, but also, invaluable people skills dealing with employees, vendors, and clients. He successfully oversaw staffing, accounting, tracking statistics, employee services, and customer relations, in addition to creating effective procedures that streamlined daily operations. It was during this period that Byron became a devout student of the Kaizen Business Principles, a staunch practitioner of Zero Defects Process Management, and dedicated himself both personally and professionally to the never ending pursuit of Continuous Improvement.
Byron's interests include his great love of motorcycles, music, physical fitness, reading, teaching effective task management, public speaking and traveling, along with his passion for spending quality time with his wife and children. ABOUT THE BROKER
Lillian Walker (lillianiwalker@gmail.com) is the Broker of Record/Co-Franchise Owner of EXIT Beach Cities Realty. She was born in Los Angeles, California. She graduated from The University of Southern California in 1987 receiving her Bachelors of Science degree in Public Administration, and an Entrepreneur Certificate through the School of Business. Upon graduating from USC her career began with a national mortgage bank, followed by a brief term at a savings and loan bank where she would teach and train loan officers.
Lillian has been in the Lending and Real Estate industry for over 20 years. In 1989 she founded 1st Pacific Mortgage Inc. and since then she has been featured on the Orange County News Channel as well as in several print publications as a leading industry expert. She also currently serves as a mentor for the USC School of Policy, Planning and Development and is a Buffini & Company Certified Mentor.
